We are located in the very heart of Munich.
The Glockenbach District of Munich is characterized by an interesting architectural flair. The generously appointed houses of the Wilhelmina period allude to a stately life style in Hans-Sachs-Strasse. The Buerger District, originally quite unobtrusive in its appearance, suffered substantial damage during World War II, but experienced a comeback in the 90's and is now one of the most sought-after residential and entertainment areas in Munich. Rental levels have regrettably gone up accordingly.
This area of the city is surrounded by a variety of Munich’s most popular tourist attractions: The famous
Viktualienmarkt is practically at your doorstep; and also the
Gärtnerplatztheater can be reached by foot in only a few minutes. You will find the idyllic meadows along the banks of the Isar River ideal for long walks and they are very close by.
Maximilianstraße, the world-class shopping district, is available for shopping trips. This is also very close to the Glockenbach District. The
National Theater and the
Bayerische Staatsoper are both in the centre of the city and therefore easily reached.
